Among other things, our compensation package includes:
- Health insurance
- Meal allowance via meal card
- 22 vacation days + up to 3 additional days based on attendance
- Optional holidays (municipal and carnival) are treated as mandatory holidays
- Winter holidays with an associated bonus
- Monthly seniority bonus starting from the 5th year
- Ongoing feedback through the Annual Performance Evaluation Program
- Salary supplement for the first 90 days in case of illness
